Deck'Umbs

Deck’Umbs™ came about after Dave Walker installed a deck beside his house. What is essential for any deck? An umbrella, some chairs, a table or two, a BBQ. Dave went out and purchased a fancy cantilever umbrella with a stand that took six 50-pound bags of sand to fill. Now, in order to enjoy his deck, Dave had to wheel out the 300-pound umbrella stand. Forget putting it away in the winter time. Goodbye 9 square-feet of his deck.

Dave knew there had to be a better way. An inventor at heart, Dave realized that installing a support piece beneath the deck for an umbrella would rid him of the 300-pound stand and free up his deck space once and for all. No more sand bags, no more worries about winter storage, and no more hauling an umbrella stand around or out of the way.
